SmartDM Adds NBA Teams to CRM Roster

SmartDM, a database marketing company, signed agreements with four more National Basketball Association teams to provide data management and customer relationship management services.


The Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors, Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers will use SmartDM's CRM technology suite to manage their data, analyze fan preferences and execute campaigns to their ticket purchasers and fans.


SmartDM, Nashville, TN, is now working with eight NBA teams. It is the largest provider of database marketing services to professional and collegiate sports and venue management organizations, with more than 50 sports and entertainment organizations in its client base.
