In flight cataloger SkyMall Inc. announced this week that it formed new e-commerce-focused subsidiary skymall.com. The news comes on the heels of SkyMall's stock briefly rocketing to 40 3/4 after the company reported Dec. 28 that its 1998 Internet sales rose 600 percent from last year to $2.1 million.
