Sales process automater Skunk Technologies (www.SkunkTech.com), Santa Monica, CA, and Intershop, San Francisco, an e-commerce software provider, announced a partnership that will supply online merchants with an interactive e-commerce solution that will improve the effectiveness and quality of Web-based sales and customer service.


The combination of Skunk's Sessions solution with Intershop 3, will equip a merchant's Web site with real-time interaction with sales, customer service and technical support representatives. Intershop 3 provides storefront creation tools, business management functionality and security for electronic transactions. Sessions is a solution that provides interactive customer care and helps capture Internet sales opportunities.
