Siperian, a customer data integration and management solutions provider, said yesterday that it joined Cognos' Technology Partner Program.

These Cognos partners are software and platform vendors that offer technology complementing the Cognos solution portfolio. Cognos is a business intelligence and corporate performance management company.

Using Siperian's customer transaction hub, Siperian Adaptive Transaction Hub, with Cognos' offerings, organizations can achieve accurate customer views that drive real-time business actions within existing operational processes, according to Siperian, San Mateo, CA. The hub lets users consolidate internal and external sources of customer data through their rules-based, configurable framework without the need for custom programming.

Further, the hub platform lets organizations create higher profitability for all customer interactions, reduced customer operational costs and increased accuracy for regulatory compliance by creating a "system of record" for customer relationship and reference data strewn across multiple applications and data sources.
