Singer Direct Inc., Scarsdale, NY, announced yesterday its appointment as manager of the new-to-market 1-800-Flowers.com package insert, blow-in and bind-in programs.


Through its telephone, Internet and catalog channels, 1-800- Flowers.com buyers purchase flowers, plants, gourmet foods, candies, gift baskets and other gifts.


The package insert program will reach 1 million 1-800-FLOWERS gift recipients annually and has a base price of $60/M.


The blow-in program will reach 10.5 million customers annually through the 1-800- Flowers catalog at a base price of $35/M.


The bind-in program will reach about 10.5 million customers annually through the catalog at a base price of $45/M.
