Silvon Software, Westmont, IL, is providing a new customer analysis solution to be marketed and sold under the company's Stratum suite of business performance management applications.


The Stratum Customer Relationship Analytics module will allow companies to group customers based on purchasing behavior, future marketing opportunities and customer service levels.


It will include several analytical views and reports addressing customer value assessment; customer acquisition and targeted selling; and customer management. The module does not require the implementation of a CRM application.
