Silverpop revamps tool

Silverpop has revamped its Engage B2B e-mail interface making things easier for clients such as Pauline McCormack, a marketing consultant, who manages the e-mail campaigns for three different supply chain companies.

McCormack works with Ware Systems and Wared Logistics to send e-mail to its customers and to build potential leads. The new Engage includes a new Campaign Graphical User Interface that lets marketers drag and drop their e-mails into a storyboard-like editor.

“We're very excited about the new interface, it is even more efficient than the last one and it is much easier to use than what they had before,” said McCormack. “The visual aspects make it much easier to see how content goes through the campaign process.”

The new tool lets marketers visualize campaign flow by graphically showing the various paths sales leads can take from inquiry to conversion. “Before you build a campaign, you can map out the flow, which is very helpful,” said McCormack.
