Sightward, a predictive analytics software and services provider in Bellevue, WA, is expected to announce today that it is upgrading its Hosted Service offering with new customer-centric reporting and forecasting capabilities.


Version 2.0 of Sightward's Hosted Service automates the modeling process and delivers reports based on the highest-performing models predicting customer behavior. Sightward said that the service lets direct marketers increase campaign responses, reduce churn, promote customer retention and boost customer acquisition.


Hosted Service customers have the option of using Sightward's analytics themselves or working with Sightward's expert statisticians to create predictive models. Sightward also provides a Web-based forecasting and reporting environment where direct marketers can compare what-if analysis of different campaign variables, choose campaign strategies and perform post-campaign analysis from their desktop computers.


Pricing begins at $4,000 per month. Multiple campaign discounts are available.
