Siebel Systems and Sitel Form Partnership
Relationship management software systems supplier, Siebel Systems, San Mateo, CA, and Sitel Corp., Baltimore, a provider of outsourced customer relationship management solutions, announced recently that they have signed an initial worldwide contract and the formation of an ongoing strategic platform partnership.Through the agreement, Sitel will become Siebel's preferred partner for outsourced call centers and Siebel will become Sitel's preferred partner for its CRM call center software applications.
