Sevista Selects Firstwave Software
The software, called Firstwave eCRM, will be used to centralize Sevista's customer data, giving the sales team access to customer relationship information.
Firstwave eCRM can be accessed from a Web browser through synchronization with Outlook and hand-held computers such as the Palm Pilot. Information entered by each user will be updated instantly and shared with other members of the organization.
Sevista said it selected Firstwave eCRM because it offers robust functionality, scalability and comprehensive customization tools. These capabilities allow Sevista to scale the solution suite quickly as its business expands.
