MarketBridge has introduced Channel Preference Mapping, a marketing research service for Fortune 500 clients.


MarketBridge said the product helps companies capture market opportunity by: anticipating how and where customers want to buy; better aligning sales resources and sales channels to provide a seamless customer buying experience; and capitalizing on customer data from customer relationship management programs, Web sites and other marketing technologies.


Channel Preference Mapping includes qualitative and quantitative tools that let marketers better understand multiple aspects of customer buying behavior for each of their varied product and service offerings. It includes customer channel usage by market segment and by product category, customer channel requirements, customer satisfaction level and customer market segmentation and growth analysis.
