Sento Adds Clients, Staff

Internet customer support provider Sento Corp. will increase its staff after acquiring new clients, including an undisclosed international travel company, Sento said Monday.

Fifty-seven agents with access to telephone, Internet text chat and e-mail communications will provide 24-hour customer support for the travel company, according to Sento Corp., American Forks, UT. Sento initially will provide customer service for the travel company's North American callers and later will expand its service to include international callers.

Over the past two months, Sento has added 375 call center agents in response to its growing client list. The company plans to add another 70 agents by the end of December, bringing its total to more than 900.

Sento said it has acquired five new clients in the fourth quarter this year. The names of the new clients were not disclosed.
