Plaintiffs Richard F. Thompson and L. Alan Jacoby have filed a second amended complaint in a securities fraud class action against direct marketing services provider SendTec Inc., formerly known as RelationServe Media Inc., and individual defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
