Senate Committee Sets 2 More Postal Hearings

The Senate Governmental Affairs Committee will hold two hearings next week to discuss the effect of U.S. Postal Service reforms on the mailing community.


The hearings, titled "Postal Reform: Sustaining the 9 Million Jobs in the $900 Billion Mailing Industry," will be held at 10 a.m. March 9 and 9:30 a.m. March 11. Both will take place in room SD-342 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.


Witnesses will be announced shortly, and will include members of the mailing community.
