Selling Director Provides CRM Support

Chordiant Software, a provider of customer relationship management solutions, has announced the availability of Chordiant Selling Director, an e-selling software product that allows Global 1,000 enterprises to produce Web-based interactions targeted at individual customers.


Chordiant said this Web-based application will allow consumers direct access to enterprise business services and will provide a single view for consumers.


Selling Director reduces the likelihood that the customer will abandon the transaction before it has been completed, the company said. The product provides recommendations and guidance through user-friendly wizards or pop-up messages.


Selling Director populates fields with information pulled from enterprise systems such as policy numbers, discount profiles or order history.
