Sedona Software Helps Bank Gain Customers

American Trust & Savings Bank, Dubuque, IA, won 400 new savings and checking accounts through a direct mail campaign that targeted prospects identified through its new Intarsia CRM software solution supplied by Sedona Corp., Limerick, PA.


According to Sedona, the bank used several components of its Intarsia CRM product, including its database management and query-building tools, to identify potential clients affected by recent bank mergers in Iowa. By providing American Trust & Savings Bank with the ability to enhance and analyze customer and prospect data and present it back visually, the bank created a neighborhood-specific, personalized direct mail campaign to go after these prospects.
