Sedona Enters Agreement With DirectMailing Computer Services

Sedona Corp. has entered into an agreement with Direct Mailing Computer Services, Madison, MS, a full-service direct mail company, to provide customized direct marketing programs that allow small to midsize financial services companies to target individual households, Sedona said yesterday.

Based on each financial services company's objectives, demographic and transaction characteristics, DMCS will build a predictive model and develop targeted promotional campaigns based on data generated through Intarsia, Sedona's customer relationship management application solution.

Intarsia provides segmented information, including profitability and demographics, and also helps to implement and manage the campaign, according to Sedona, King of Prussia, PA. Data from back-end systems are generated through Intarsia, which creates reports and segmented customer databases that allow marketing and sales executives to modify cross-selling and upselling programs.
