Sears buys social search engine Delver.com
Sears Holdings has acquired Israel-based social search engine company Delver.com. Sears' newly formed subsidiary, SHC Israel Ltd., acquired the Delver.com assets and established a new technology development center in Herzliya, Israel. Terms of the deal were not released.
