Scott Kaufmann Appointed President/CEO of Coremetrics

Scott Kauffman has been appointed president/CEO of Coremetrics, replacing founder Brett Hurt, the company said yesterday.


Hurt will now serve as chairman of the board of directors as well as chief architect.


Prior to joining Coremetrics, Kauffman was president/CEO of several venture-backed start-ups, including eCoverage, a direct-to-consumer online insurance company; and AdKnowledge, an application service provider that developed buy-side advertising management solutions.


Coremetrics, San Francisco, established in 1999, provides online customer tracking services.
