Savage Picks Visitar for Support, Interaction

Business development firm Savage Syndications has implemented a customer relationship management tool from Visitar to support its business efforts.

Visitar, Raleigh, NC, provides CRM and sales force automation solutions that link telephony capabilities with business applications to improve efficiency and enhance customer and employee experience.

Innovative Fiber Optic Solutions, a Visitar channel partner and wireless broadband provider in Middletown, OH, provides local support and service.

Savage, Sadieville, KY, helps small and midsize firms develop their business. It is using the 360-Degree Care Via Visitar solution, which lets Savage Syndications' salespeople manage and execute outbound call campaigns from their databases to increase sales.

Savage will use its own version of the solution and is encouraging its customers to subscribe to the solution themselves. In that case, all of Savage's activities on behalf of a particular customer would be performed and logged in their own solution, providing a high level of detail and accountability. The integrated approach lets Savage function as a direct extension of its customers' sales and business development teams.

"Our goal is to establish productive conversations with sales prospects for our clients, and the ability to connect directly from within our customers' systems positions us as a true integrated partner and makes us instantly accountable in our work on our customers' behalf," said Tim Savage, the company's managing partner.
