SAS Announces Relationship with E&Y
SAS Institute, Cary, NC, a lading data mining provider, this week announced it will play a major role in New York-based Ernst & Young's CRM technology solution for optimizing customer value. The solution is going to be based on Ernst & Young's CRM methodology, called Value Exchange Optimization.
With the help of the SAS software, E&Y will deliver data management and data-mining capabilities that will bring a high level of precision in strategic customer segmentation, valuation, as well as other CRM activities.
