SAP Forms CRM Advisory Board

SAP has created a global advisory board, the e-business and customer relationship management software solutions provider said yesterday.


The SAP Global CRM Advisory Board was formed with executives from corporations such as Siemens, Kimberly-Clark, Nestle, Audi, Canada Post, and Computer Sciences Corp. It will pinpoint CRM strategies needed for market leadership, promote ways for corporations to deliver upon CRM's promise and define CRM's future.


Members will create guiding principles to identify what it takes to be a market leader and to uncover more effective strategies for organizations to attract, retain and develop more profitable customer relationships. These findings will let companies make CRM a fully integrated part of their business strategies and experience increased return on their CRM investments.


The first meeting is Nov. 21 at SAP's U.S. headquarters outside Philadelphia.
