Samsung, Sension to Develop Call Center Software

Samsung Telecommunications, Dallas, said this month that it agreed to partner with Sension Inc., Westford, MA, in the development and distribution of call center work force management software.

The software will provide call center managers with historical reports of phone center activities to help them manage staffing levels. Three versions of the software, each with different capabilities, will be released during the next three months.

Samsung will begin North American sales of the software, known as Smart Centre, through dealers on Dec. 1.
