Saks Launches Division Focused on CRM

Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises announced the creation last week of its Customer Relationship Management division.


Rob Rosenblatt was named senior vice president to run the division. Teradata, a division of NCR Corp. based in Dayton, OH, will be the provider of CRM support systems.


The CRM division will create "new ways of addressing the luxury customer," the company said in a statement.


Rosenblatt has created credit card products, with an emphasis on loyalty/rewards, at American Express TRS Company and Virgin USA. He also oversaw efforts at US Loyalty Corp. to create a multi-retailer rewards system focusing on CRM.


Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises, a member of the Saks Incorporated group of stores, includes 60 stores in the U.S., 51 Off 5th outlet stores and saks.com.
