Rubin Response Services Inc. promoted two executives in its list brokerage division for their services to the company and its clients.


Steve Mertel and Brian Peiffle have become senior account executives, moving up from account executive. Peiffle joined the Schaumburg, IL, company in December 1999 and Mertel, who handles high tech lists, in August 2000.


Founded in 1974 by Bill Rubin, his self-named company offers list brokerage as well as list management. The brokerage services include marketing strategy, merge/purge and recommendations for e-mail and postal lists.


On the management side, Rubin Response offers mailing list representation, list evaluation and optimization, list marketing and e-mail and postal lists management.


Arlene Rubin is company president.
