R.R. Donnelley, Grafica Team to Offer Marketing Services

R.R. Donnelley Financial and Grafica.eCRM have formed an alliance that will offer companies multichannel, integrated marketing and advertising as well as customized, variable data printing with one-to-one and on-demand capabilities.


The companies said yesterday that the alliance will focus first on providing end-to-end marketing services for financial, investment and healthcare companies. The firms will form a marketing and sales team that will implement customer relationship management services among each other's existing client base as well as prospective clients.


Grafica.eCRM will offer advertising and marketing consulting, database reporting and analytics, and integrated campaign execution and ongoing management via every medium.


R.R. Donnelley Financial will complete the communications circle by offering information and database management, content management and assembly, and digital output in a range of delivery, from traditional to Web-based.
