R.R. Donnelley Completes Spencer Press Buy
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, said yesterday that it completed its previously announced purchase of Spencer Press Inc.Spencer Press, Wells, ME, is a printing company serving organizations that market through catalogs and other direct mailings.
The acquisition agreement was announced Oct. 6, and financial details were not released.
