RR Donnelley buys direct mail services company 8touches

RR Donnelley & Sons Co. said January 4 that it has acquired real estate marketing services company 8touches.

8touches helps real estate brokers, sales associates and multiple listing service associations create customized direct mail, flyers and brochures through online tools.

Printing services firm RR Donnelley said in a statement that the acquisition will expand its online offerings and boost its digital printing and fulfillment services.

8touches' online services allow marketers to customize more than 1,000 templates to sell residential, commercial, farm and ranch, or new construction real estate, which can be populated with MLS data, profiles and images. The marketing services company also offers a mapping tool, which brands can use to access demographic data to improve their direct mail efforts, according to the statement.

An RR Donnelley representative could not be immediately reached for comment.
