ROI Direct.com said yesterday it is offering a money-back guarantee to customers of its ROI CustomResponse e-mail management service. The company will refund all implementation, hosting and message fees to customers who elect to cancel CustomResponse service within 90 days of implementation.


CustomResponse is a hosted, customized application service that enables companies to respond quickly and personally to high volumes of inbound customer e-mail. The system also manages quality and costs of online service and support. The application uses Web forms, advanced message routing and a Web interface to improve both the speed and accuracy of e-mail responses.


"Anyone who sees CustomResponse in action recognizes immediately how it can benefit their business," said Tom Dunn, senior vice president of field operations at ROI Direct.com, San Francisco. "By adding the guarantee, we're challenging every business that isn't already using an e-mail management system to get one."
