ROI Direct.com Buys OnPoint

ROI Direct.com, San Francisco, an Internet services provider, acquired OnPoint Inc., Emeryville, CA, in a stock-for-stock transaction yesterday. Additional terms were not disclosed. The acquisition allows ROI Direct.com to offer a broader range of services, including e-commerce site creation, integration and operations. OnPoint specializes in providing applications and services that enable businesses to build feature-rich e-commerce sites. ROI Direct.com, which also has offices in Denver and New York, is an Internet application services provider that develops and integrates Web, messaging and database technologies for direct marketing, e-commerce and customer service.
