Walter Karl Inc., Pearl River, NY, a division of Donnelley Marketing and infoUSA, said yesterday that it was appointed list manager for the new-to-market Rock the Vote mailing list.


The Rock the Vote file consists of 720,000 postal names of last-12-month members of this nonprofit organization dedicated to motivating young people to vote and be politically engaged.


The file is 51 percent female with an average age range of 18-34 and an average donation of $25. It is 100 percent Internet sourced, and mailers can inquire about e-mail address availability.


Selections include recency, geography, gender, date of birth and party affiliation. The base price is $75/M.
