Robin Hood Selects Atmosphere

The Robin Hood Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting poverty in New York, has appointed BBDO North America's Atmosphere as its interactive agency after a three-month review of undisclosed shops.

Atmosphere will redesign the foundation's Web site and handle online marketing and customer relationship management responsibilities. The goal with such communications is to build evolving relationships with donors and grantees.

Robin Hood joins a list of Atmosphere clients that includes Frito-Lay, General Electric Co., Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co., Cingular Wireless and New York Stock Exchange.

The foundation has in the past 14 years invested more than $130 million in cash and more than $200 million in goods and services to community programs aimed to help get New York's poor on their feet and into economic independence.
