Roark Capital Group Acquires Money Mailer

Direct mail marketing company Money Mailer LLC said yesterday that it has been acquired by Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm.


Terms were not disclosed.


Established in 1979, Garden Grove, CA-based Money Mailer has 250 franchisees nationwide. It mails 120 million envelopes and services 30,000 advertisers yearly.


As part of the acquisition, Neal Aronson, founder and managing partner of Roark Capital Group, has become chairman of Money Mailer. Money Mailer CEO Godfred Otuteye will remain as Money Mailer's president/CEO.
