Including the expansion, total workstations operated by RMH Teleservices will number more than 7,500. The expansion will be completed over the next six to nine months.

Exact locations of the new call centers were not disclosed, although the company said most of the expansion would take place in Canada.

The new facilities will enable RMH Teleservices to accommodate increased business from new and existing customers. RMH Teleservices operates 5,500 workstations and employs more than 8,000 people in the United States and Canada.
