RMH Teleservices Expands Deal With Microsoft

RMH Teleservices has expanded a contract with Microsoft to provide technical support for subscribers to MSN Internet Access.


RMH, Bryn Mawr, PA, had been providing inbound customer relationship services for MSN Internet Access. Now it also will provide technical support through its new contact center in Harlingen, TX.


Terms of the expanded contract, which was announced last week, were not disclosed.


RMH Teleservices employs more than 7,500 people in 25 facilities in the United States and Canada. It derives approximately 40 percent of its business from inbound telemarketing.
