RMH Expands Inbound Service for Nextel

RMH Teleservices has expanded its contract with wireless provider Nextel Communications for inbound teleservices.


The contract expansion results from growth in Nextel's business, according to RMH, which handles customer service-related calls for Nextel. The expansion will occur later this year.


Further details were not released. RMH Teleservices has had a contract to provide inbound customer service for Reston, VA-based Nextel since February 2001.


RMH Teleservices, Bryn Mawr, PA, is a publicly owned teleservices agency. It employs more than 10,000 people and operates about 5,500 workstations in 25 facilities in the United States and Canada.
