Rite Aid Picks DataMentors for CRM

Data quality solutions company DataMentors Inc., Tampa, FL, said yesterday that drugstore chain Rite Aid Corp. chose its DataMentors' DataFuse householding technology as the core application for its Rite Reward customer loyalty program.


DataFuse is a modular relationship matching and linking system that cleanses, organizes, standardizes and households data. Operating methodologies include batch, incremental and real-time processing to update and insert records one at a time, integrating customer touch points.


Rite Aid's Rite Rewards discount program is available in 575 of its 3,400 Rite Aid stores nationwide and has 8 million members.
