RightNow Technologies Files Papers for IPO

RightNow Technologies Inc., a provider of online customer service solutions, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock, the company said yesterday.


The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not been determined. All shares in the offering will sold by the company.


Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. will act as sole book runner for the offering, and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will act as co-lead manager. Adams, Harkness & Hill Inc. and D.A. Davidson & Co. will be co-managers.


RightNow, Bozeman, MT, has more than 1,000 clients across various industries. Its customer service solution features a self-learning knowledge base to ensure accurate, consistent interactions with customers.
