CRM company RightNow Technologies said yesterday that Beachbody improved its contact center productivity and boosted online conversion rates as a result of deploying RightNow Service.


Beachbody, a brand of Product Partners LLC, Los Angeles, markets nutrition and weight management supplements via television infomercials.


RightNow, Bozeman, MT, also let Beachbody streamline its list management and opt-out processes for 250,000 subscribers. It improved the efficiency of Beachbody's customer service operations across all communication channels, letting the company to respond more rapidly and consistently to customer inquiries without increasing staff.
