Ricoh Corp. Launches Ricoh PrintMail

Digital office equipment provider Ricoh Corp. launched Ricoh PrintMail, a direct marketing software program designed to create and print one-to-one marketing and business communications material.

Customers using Ricoh PrintMail can produce individualized documents such as letters, greeting cards, labels, brochures, invitations and postcards on their own and inhouse, according to Ricoh Corp.

Ricoh, West Caldwell, NJ, is a subsidiary of Ricoh Company Ltd., the 69-year-old supplier of office automation equipment and electronics.

Ricoh PrintMail is compatible with all of Ricoh's color and black-and-white printers and multifunction devices. It runs on Windows XP, 2000 and 2003 operating systems and is compatible with the industry standard CSV file format that allows it to integrate with most customer contact data.

The new product's Windows-based user interface allows the development of forms and documents that are then merged with the contact data and readied for print.
