R/GA's Bob Greenberg Doffs Creative Hat to Nick Law
R/GA's Bob Greenberg, known for his uniform of black dress, round glasses and jaunty beret, has relinquished North America creative duties to Nick Law, the man in charge of reinventing the New York agency's identity.
Mr. Law is now chief creative officer for North America at R/GA, an Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. agency. He will report to Mr. Greenberg, who keeps his global chief creative officer title in addition to chairman/CEO.
As creative chief for the region, Mr. Law is charged with developing a new model for the agency that combines brand experiences with interactive production. He will oversee R/GA's teams of visual designers, copywriters and interactive designers, and work with the strategic services group.
R/GA works on accounts like L'Oreal Paris, Nestle Purina PetCare, Nokia, Subaru, Verizon, Lowe's and Avaya.
Mr. Law joined R/GA in 2001, serving as vice president of visual design and executive creative director on the Nike account. His most recent job was to create a new brand identity for R/GA in an agency world evolving with advertiser and consumer.
Prior to R/GA, Mr. Law served as creative director at FGI, Diefenbach Elkins and D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, London.
