RfpMarket, 365 Media Plan to Merge Platforms

E-marketplace RfpMarket and 365 Media, a hi-tech software company, yesterday said they would merge some of their online advertising and e-commerce offerings.

The firms plan to combine the platforms to create a best-of-breed "directory marketplace" for trade and publishing companies.

The system will integrate a marketplace, directory, vendor promotion tool and CRM technology. It will allow publishers to track client developments and automate advertising sales opportunities.

The combination will allow legacy publishers of catalogs and directories to move toward e-commerce applications without high-cost risks, the companies said.
