Revenio Debuts CRM Tool for Multiple Touch Points

Revenio Inc. is expected to announce today the availability of Revenio Dialog version 3.0, a software platform to help companies automate the acquisition, development and retention of loyal and profitable customer relationships.


According to Revenio, Burlington, MA, the new release lets companies design, execute and measure everything from simple marketing campaigns to highly personalized dialogue spanning multiple communication touch points. Other features include the ability to integrate customized Web pages into dialogues, queue relevant content to Web sites and leverage content-management applications.


Revenio also said that Agilent, Boise Cascade, Hallmark, Major League Baseball, National Semiconductor and several other companies have recently selected the Revenio Dialog 3.0 platform.
