Return Path debuts new deliverability tool

Return Path's Sender Score e-mail deliverability service provider has introduced a new version of its Sender Score Monitor tool that incorporates real-time reputation diagnostics into its campaign monitoring analytics.

The release of the Sender Score Monitor platform integrates Return Path's data from proprietary Sender Score Reputation Monitor system with its campaign monitoring platform to instantly alert mailers to root causes of delivery failures.

In the Sender Score Monitor system, clients will see icons that show when there is problem, why it occurred, and how to fix the issue. The system also lets clients aggregate major global Internet service provider feedback loops of end-user complaints into a single dashboard by campaign.

This lets marketers better analyze the relevancy of campaigns and database segments and unsubscribe customers who no longer want to receive e-mail.
