Retek Network to Feature Return Exchange Service
Return Exchange, Santa Ana, CA, yesterday agreed to provide its Verify-1 online product return authorization service through Retek Inc.'s retail.com network.The service authenticates purchases to protect e-tailers from abuses of their return policies and expedites return authorization.
Retek, a software infrastructure provider, will resell Verify-1 under its own Return Services label.
Return Exchange will host and power the service in return for access to the retail.com community.
The companies may expand the agreement to include other Return Exchange services, such as Restore for return logistics and Final Call Auction, an online product liquidation service.
