Relizon Completes Epsilon Acquisition

The Relizon Co. today said that it has completed its $189 million cash acquisition of Epsilon, a marketing services provider.


Burlington, MA-based Epsilon will retain its brand identity, and Corey V. Torrance will continue as its president.


Relizon's eCRM unit will be folded into Epsilon to create a division with annual revenues of $200 million.


Dayton, OH-based Relizon will continue to provide document and billing services. It will also offer marketing services, including marketing strategy development, customer and prospect database design and management, data mining and analytic services, and Web site design and deployment.
