Reebok International Ltd. retained iPerceptions Inc., New York, to help the footwear and apparel marketer measure the effectiveness of online branding and related efforts.

Before starting its next big site makeover, Reebok, Canton, MA, will use iPerceptions' webValidator business intelligence offering to help the marketer's advertising agency gain insights into consumer behavior and real-time user-satisfaction metrics.

Intelligence gathered will serve as a benchmark to evaluate marketing buzz for the Reebok brand.

IPerceptions' first marketing program evaluating brand buzz for Reebok was undertaken during the marketer's 2003 Super Bowl effort.

Other iPerceptions clients include General Motors Corp., Pfizer, Holiday Inn, Nasdaq, L'Oreal, IBM Corp., Honda Motor, Wells Fargo and Crowne Plaza.
