Advertising and marketing agencies Red Sky Interactive, San Francisco, and Nuforia, New York, said yesterday they would merge.

The new company will take the Red Sky Interactive name and will have 315 employees in seven offices with combined revenues of about $30 million.

Red Sky will benefit from Nuforia's experience in the interactive and online field, particularly in the area of broadband marketing. Nuforia itself was formed from a merger last June between agencies Belk Mignogna Associates and Net Explorer Inc.
