RealNetworks, ZDTV Make Agreement

Multimedia developer and provider RealNetworks Inc. and ZDTV said they formed a marketing and technology agreement. The terms of the agreement stipulate that ZDTV will be a default channel on RealPlayer and on Real.com's Channel Guide. The resulting default channel and listing will prompt people to ZDTV.com.
