RealNetworks will Webcast a live interactive commentary on the 73rd annual Academy Awards hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, the event's former host and Oscar winner.

The audio-only Webcast, labeled "Oscar Night," will run Sunday from 8 to 11:30 p.m. EST at RealNetwork's Film.com and Whoopi Goldberg's fan Web site, whoopi.com.

The Webcast will feature Goldberg's commentary and analysis of the events from the pre-awards festivities to the final award. Listeners will be able to submit Oscar-related questions to Goldberg via e-mail. During last year's Webcast hosted by Goldberg, viewers from roughly 20 countries submitted e-mail. Visitors to Film.com will be able to access clip reels for all the Oscar-nominated films.

To access the Webcast, viewers will have to download RealPlayer8, which is available at real.com.
